Bernard Randall Postponed Again

Those of you who have been following previous cases on this blog, such as that of SMUG versus Simon Lokodo, or SMUG versus Scott Lively, will know that the judicial process is long and extremely slow.

This might not be such a bad thing for Brit Bernard Randall, in court again today over charges of, well, being gay and 'traffiking' gay material. We're not entirely sure how having your stuff stolen equates to wilful distribution, but it's a question the Ugandan court has elected to postpone thinking about until 16th December. By which time his visa may be coming to an end and he may instead be deported.
