Anonymous LGBT Legion International: This is the online Facebook page for Anonymous' LGBT rights interest group. They post stories from around the world, sometimes informative, sometimes entertaining, sometimes slightly bizarre.

All of India Against the "Kill Gay" Bill: Is the Indian LGBT Facebook group supporting Ugandan LGBT rights.

Call Me Kuchu: Is a documentary by DogWoof, which covered the last few months of murdered activist David Kato's life. You can find out more about the film and how to hold a screening of the documentary on their website.

Center for Constitutional Rights: This is an American organisation that is assisting SMUG in bringing a court case against hate preacher Scott Lively. You can keep up to date via their website and on Twitter: @theCFCR

David Bahati is an Idiot: A Facebook page dedicated to pointing out the obvious about David Bahati, the Ugandan Minister who first introduced the Kill the Gays Bill (which is why it's also known as the Bahati Bill).

Freedom & Roam Uganda (FARUG): Is Uganda's leading Lesbian NGO, and a coalition member of SMUG. You can find them on their website, on Facebook and on Twitter: @Far_Uganda

GayUganda: An iconic blog. Started before the Bahati Bill was invented, it provided one of the first internationally accessible insights into life for LGBT people in Uganda. It remains as an archive.

Gender Equality and Health Organization (GEHO) Uganda: Is an advocacy group predominantly focused in and around Jinja in Eastern Uganda, founded by Andrew Waiswa, a former refugee to the USA. You can find them on their website, on Facebook and on Twitter: @GEHOUGANDA

Icebreakers: Run a health clinic for LGBT people and provide general advocacy support. They are a coalition member of SMUG and you can find them on Facebook and Twitter: Icebreakers_UG

O-blog-dee-o-blog-da: Human Rights campaigner Melanie Nathan's blog, which regularly features updates and insights on the situation in Uganda.

Parliament Watch: Excellent Twitter feed @pwatchug, keeping you up-to-date on all the latest developments in Uganda's parliament.

Stop the Gay Genocide in Africa: Is a Facebook group dedicated to highlighting LGBT rights atrocities across the continent.

Transgender Equality Uganda: An organisation concerned with the equality of transgender women. You can find them on Facebook and on their blog.

Uganda Gay on Move: An organisation founded in the Netherlands by Ugandan LGBT refugees. Active in campaigning on gay rights issues around the world. You can find them on Facebook and Twitter: @UgGAYONMOVE

Uganda Health and Science Press Association (UHSPA): An LGBTI network of groups and individuals seeking to promote the health rights of vulnerable and minority groups in Uganda. They bring together journalists, lawyers, social scientists, minority groups, students and academia to put an end to homophobia. They have a website, Facebook profile and blog.
